"OKLAHOMA CITY----Chesapeake Energy Corporation today announced the expiration of its previously announced cash tender offers for any and all of its outstanding 7.00% Senior Notes due 2014, 6.625% Senior Notes due 2016 and 6.25% Senior Notes due 2018 ."
