CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Chesapeake police are investigating a pool drowning as an accident. Officer Kimberly Dabbs says police officers found the 65-year-old victim in the pool Sunday afternoon.

"CHESAPEAKE Police are investigating the drowning of a 65-year-old man who was found in a pool in the 3900 block of Old Virginia Road. Shortly before 1 p.m., Chesapeake police were called to the address and found the man. His death is preliminarily being investigated as an accident, said Officer Kimberly Dabbs, a Chesapeake police spokeswoman."
