HAMPTONROADS.COM writes: "VIRGINIA BEACH The city issued a swimming and wading advisory for the Chesapeake Bay between Ocean View Avenue and Fort Story Tuesday because of high bacteria levels, according to a news release. Recent testing by the Health Department showed that bacteria levels in the water exceeded the state water quality standards at five testing locations, according to the release."
