ANNAPOLIS, MD. - The Chesapeake Bay Commission meets next week to hear from state officials on their bay restoration plans. Presentations are scheduled for officials from Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia, which asked the federal Environmental Protection Agency for more time to file its plans.
