Carol writes: "CEDAR RAPIDS -- A man robbed a southwest Cedar Rapids bank shortly after noon Tuesday, police said. No one was hurt in the hold-up at Bank of the West, 3730 Williams Blvd. SW. Sgt. Cristy Hamblin said an unarmed man walked into the bank and passed a note to a teller around 12:15 p.m."
