A Cambridge man was arraigned Monday on charges of beating a Weymouth man to death, according to Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone. Christopher Toppi, 28, of Cambridge, was arraigned in Somerville District Court on one count of murder and held without bail. His next court date is Sept. 20 for a probable cause hearing.
