"BIRMINGHAM,AL (WBRC) - Birmingham City Councilors today approved a deal allowing developers to go-ahead with a $57 million project to renovate and refurbish the old Pizitz building in downtown Birmingham. The project would turn Pizitz into a mixed office and retail space."
