I read this in the Topeka paper and wanted to share it with you.

"MARTINEZ -- A Berkeley man has pleaded not guilty to one count of rape, two counts of attempted rape and three counts of residential burglary in connection with attacks on three women at a Walnut Creek apartment this summer."
