Norma writes: "The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is announcing the roundabout being built at the US 141/WIS29/County JJ intersection in the village of Bellevue will be open by 2 p.m. Wednesday. This completes stage one of this $2.9 million project."
