BELLEVUE -- A judge ordered former Bellevue City Schools Superintendent William "Bud" Martin on Aug. 12 to repay the district $909 in restitution, after auditors alleged he filed bogus mileage reports. In Bellevue Municipal Court, visiting Judge James Sherck also ordered Martin to complete 40 hours of community service and pay $250 in court fees.

"The State Patrol said a Bellevue man was arrested Tuesday for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and hit-and-run after rear-ending a vehicle on Interstate 405 at Coal Creek Parkway."
