BEAUMONT, Texas - Two men accused of printing counterfeit checks in the backseat of a car were indicted Thursday.

"BEAUMONT, Texas - A 30-minute police chase through Beaumont ended when a man accused of robbing a person at CVS early Thursday crashed a stolen van."

The Beaumont Police Department had to operate in the dark Wednesday after a transformer blowout shut off the lights at the main station. Most employees came to work around 8 a.m. Wednesday to find power gone along with the air conditioning.
