An Arlington Heights teen was caught with a backpack full of stolen GPS units Friday, but decided to test his luck a few hours later and was arrested for a second time, police said.

Wayne told me about this and I found this story about it at CBS11TV.COM on Wednesday.

"The Arlington City Council has closed a $10 million dollar gap with relative ease and is prepared to pass its budget for the next fiscal year, city employees said Tuesday."
