I heard about this and just found this story.
"California is still facing a water crisis, according to some top water experts who were in Antioch today. They say the city is taking a lead role in showing how communities can greatly conserve water supplies. My sister thought this was interesting.
"A 30-year-old firefighter with departments in Antioch and Wisconsin had a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit when he was killed in a car crash early Saturday morning, officials said Monday."
